— Let’s put an end to your content struggles —

#1
Product-led Blog Posts

People look for solutions and information online. Why not position your product to illustrate a point and show why your product is the best at solving a problem? It attracts visitors and educates your customers while motivating and guiding them to use your product. Talk about a win-win!

There’s 4 ways we can work together

#2
Customer Case Studies

Highlight how you’ve worked with a customer and celebrate their success! Case studies build trust with potential customers and show how your work has solved their issues. Attract customers like your ideal clients who want to solve a similar issue.

#3
Whitepapers, Research Reports and E-Books

Nurture valuable leads for a marketing campaign with an in-depth, persuasive long-form piece highlighting an issue and articulating your brand’s expertise. They help start sales conversations and showcase industry authority with original data. Besides interviewing stakeholders and research, I'll assist your team from outline to design to publication.

#4
Content
Repurposing

Don’t let the content you worked so hard to put together collect digital dust after publishing. Repurpose your existing content to reach a new audience. For example, I’ve worked with clients to repurpose speaker recordings into blog posts and turned internal sales slides into e-books.

FAQ about working together

  • We’re a fantastic fit if you:

    • Need a writer experienced with e-commerce, B2B payments and digital analytics

    • Have a detailed style guide, customer profiles, and other product information at your fingertips

    • You’re looking for a long-term partnership. I’ve worked with my clients for 2+ years and counting now, so you’re in safe hands

We’re not a fit if you:

    • Want a generalist writer who does landing pages, UX microcopy, ad copywriting, etc. These fall outside my specialities, which is long-form thought leadership and product-led content. I’m happy to refer a writer to you if you need one, though!

    • Work without a website, content brief or defined content strategy in place. Content marketing works best when you have a proper strategy, topics and goals in place. I’ll be here when you have those set up!

I deliver my best results when I work with clients directly, but may consider work requests from B2B marketing agencies.

    • My project rates start from US $600 for a 1,500 word article and US $2,000 for an e-book or whitepaper.

    • This includes comprehensive research, sourced examples and expert quotes, concept visuals, internal/external links and two rounds of revisions.

    • I also offer internal or external subject matter interviews to support a piece starting at a fee of US $100 per quote.

  • I love structured processes, so here’s how working with me looks like:

    • First, I’ll love to understand more about your company and overall content goals through this questionnaire

    • If you’re a fit, we’ll jump on a 30-minute call to discuss project details. Regardless of whether we end up working together, you’ll walk away with clarity on how to enhance your content and refine your content strategy.

    • We sort out the admin stuff, including signed quotation, contracts and down payments to confirm the project

    • I’ll send you a content brief to gather more information on the specific project goals, searcher’s intent and company assets. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with this part, I’ll send you a template content brief for you to fill in.

    • Based on your content brief, I’ll put together a detailed outline on Google Docs for your review within the next 5 working days for you to review. This step ensures we’re both on the same page with the direction of the piece before I start drafting

    • Upon receiving your feedback on the outline, I will begin working on the first draft

    • I'll share the draft with you once it's finished

    • Once you’re happy with the finished piece, upload your content on your blog!

If you don’t have a project management tool, I use Trello to organize my projects, which you will be able to access for full transparency.

All documents are on Google Docs for you to leave comments and discuss.

    • I take payment via debit/credit card (via Stripe or PayPal) and bank transfer.

    • Please note that project rates do not include payment processing fees.

    • As most of my clients are on retainers, I am usually booked out at least 3 months in advance.

    • It’s best if you reach out now so we can clarify your content goals and get all the admin stuff done.

    • Both options are available. If we both work well together, it’s better for both of us to shift to a retainer model so I can guarantee space in my schedule for your content.

    • Note there is a minimum three-month commitment for retainer engagements.

    • I usually turnaround articles within 5-6 working days and e-books within 2-3 weeks.

    • A shorter timeline can be discussed, but a 25% rush charge will apply.
